In business today, we are more comfortable with ideas such as efficiency, cost-effectiveness, mission, K.P.I.s; breakthrough thinking, re-invention, productivity gains.
And targets, targets, targets.
But we forget that an archer, to be sure of hitting a target, aims slightly to the side.
At Infinitus, we do believe that a carefully crafted plan in a well-managed business case is the right way to go.
